What Ultra Crew Chief is
A planning and logistics tool for ultramarathon runners and their crews. It records the information you enter and does timing arithmetic with it.
Estimates are estimates
Projected arrival times, arrival windows and cutoff margins are calculations based on the pace, stop times and cutoffs you entered plus what has been recorded so far. They are not predictions, guarantees or official race timing. Official results always come from the event.
No medical, coaching or safety advice
The service does not diagnose, interpret symptoms, recommend treatment, or advise on training or nutrition. Notes recorded by your crew are a factual log. Follow your event's rules, its medical staff and local emergency services.
Your account and your crew
You are responsible for what you enter, for keeping your sign-in details private, and for who you share crew links with. Anyone holding a crew link can open that race's race-day screen until you revoke it.
Availability
The service is in early access and is provided as is. Features may change, and race-day connectivity depends on your device and network. Keep a paper copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Changes
These placeholder terms will be replaced with a reviewed version before general launch. We'll tell registered users when that happens.
