Privacy policy
This is a plain-language placeholder describing how Ultra Crew Chief currently handles data. It has not been through legal review and will be replaced with a full policy before launch.
What we store
Your email address, and the race information you enter: races, checkpoints, plans, checklists, notes, and the arrival and departure times recorded during a race.
Why we store it
To show you and the crew members you invite your own race plan, and to keep it available on race day, including when your phone is offline.
Crew links
A crew link gives whoever holds it access to that race's race-day information only — never your email address, your account, or your other races. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it only with your crew. You can revoke a link at any time and access stops immediately.
On your device
Race information you have opened is saved on your device so it stays readable without signal, together with any taps waiting to sync. Signing out clears the copy held for your account.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use hosting and database providers to run the service, and race data is not shared with anyone else.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any race, revoke any crew link, and ask us to delete your account and its data.
